What we collect

When you send the audit form we receive the company name, website, your name, phone number, email, the goal and budget range you selected, and the page you sent it from. If the site shows a phone number and you call it, our phone provider records the number you called from and, where the law allows and you are told at the start of the call, the call itself. The site itself sets no advertising cookies and runs no third-party scripts.

How we use it

To prepare the audit you asked for, to contact you about it, and if you become a client, to run your campaigns. We do not sell, rent or share your information with lead brokers, other agencies or other businesses. Audit requests are stored in our own encrypted database and emailed to the person who prepares the audit; we may share them with the providers that run our email and phone systems, under contracts that limit them to that purpose.

Analytics

We measure traffic with server-side or cookieless analytics that do not identify you. Search engines may show us aggregated data about how people find the site.

Retention and your rights

Audit requests that do not become clients are deleted after 18 months. You can ask for a copy of what we hold, a correction, or deletion at any time by emailing hello@plumbing-marketingagency.com. Residents of jurisdictions with specific privacy laws, including Washington and California, have the rights those laws provide, and we honour them regardless of where you live.
